I want to know the current Bill Plan of my Mobile/Datacard connections

Current Bill Plan of Connections can be found out in two ways on Airtel Thanks for Business:

Method 1:

Step 1 : Login to Thanks for Business

Step 2 : After Login, Select Mobility as the Product. Click on ‘Go to Connections’ section to visit the Connections Dashboard

Step 3 :You can see the plan of all your connection under the ‘Plan’ column in the connections list table.

Step 4: If you want to see more details about the Plan, click on the arrow at the end of any row. You will be taken to the Connection detail page for that connection which has the details of the plan like monthly charges, boosters, data quota etc.

Method 2:

Step 1 :Login to Thanks for Business

Step 2 : After Login, Click on ‘View Current Bill Plan’ on the Connections tab.

Step 3:Enter the connection number and select it from the drop down.

Step 4:You will be taken to the Connection detail page for that connection which has the details of the plan like monthly charges, boosters, data quota etc.
